      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage sales strategies to grow the employer market for commercial fitness solutions
      - Build high-level relationships with prospective clients to increase sales opportunities
      - Stay informed on changes in the employer marketplace affecting competitiveness and sales
      - Maintain accurate CRM database with current information on prospects and revenue potential
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop aligned sales proposals and manage the sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience selling services or solutions into the employer market
      - Proven track record of building relationships with C-suite executives and closing contracts
      - Significant experience in complex sales involving multiple decision-makers
      - Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to travel 50% or greater

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling workplace wellness programs and employer-focused health solutions
      - Familiarity with employer benefits economics and regulatory environments impacting sales
      - Strong foundation of executive-level relationships to leverage in sales efforts
