      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive direct sales efforts and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities within the health plan payer space
      - Identify and cultivate high-value relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives
      - Communicate the employer's unique value proposition, emphasizing ROI and engagement benefits
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present compelling proposals to clients
      - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure visibility into pipeline and key metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in the health plan market
      - Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on value-based benefits
      - Strong track record of exceeding sales goals and closing complex deals
      - Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex value propositions
      - Willingness to travel 50% or more as required to meet with clients

      - Familiarity with commercial health plans and their buying cycles
      - Demonstrated ability to navigate long sales cycles and influence decision-making teams
      - Proficiency in Salesforce and disciplined approach to CRM management
