What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute industry-leading sales strategies and develop effective sales relationships with customers and distribution resources
- Identify and cultivate new customer opportunities within assigned territory
- Develop annual Business Development Plans and Agency Partnership Plans for Strategic Partner Agents
- Facilitate strong relationships between distribution resources and underwriters to exceed customer expectations
- Participate in Sales Performance Review Process and assist in coaching and mentoring staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and ability to influence sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver professional presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of marketing or insurance sales experience preferred
- Advanced relationship management skills and ability to work effectively with customers
- Demonstrated integrity and advanced problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to pursue CIC designation
