What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute tactical sales plans for profitable growth in assigned segments
- Identify and establish relationships with new customers and strategic partners
- Collaborate with distribution resources to create Agency Partnership Plans
- Mentor and train staff in sales processes and strategies
- Actively engage in the local business community to enhance company visibility and relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4 years of professional sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of marketing or insurance sales experience preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
- Willingness to pursue industry certification (CIC)
- Exceptional ability to adapt to change and demonstrate resilience
