What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute industry-leading sales strategies to drive profitable growth
- Identify new customers and understand their specific industry characteristics
- Establish strong producer relationships and facilitate collaboration with distribution resources
- Own the business development process within the assigned market area
- Conduct training for staff and support long-term business strategies to achieve growth objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4 years professional sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and ability to influence sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of marketing or insurance sales experience preferred
- CIC designation or willingness to pursue
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change
- Experience in coaching and developing others
