What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain agency relationships to increase profitability of commercial trucking insurance products
- Manage agents through in-person, virtual, and phone communications, delivering training and overseeing performance
- Analyze territory data to strategically allocate resources and achieve growth goals
- Design and implement effective sales strategies, utilizing commercial insurance knowledge to assist agencies
- Document and report on sales strategies and agency performance to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant sales or insurance experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with clients
- Proven experience in driving sales results and managing agency performance
- Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts effectively
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with driving standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the trucking industry
- Familiarity with commercial insurance products and regulations
- Previous experience working with various lines of insurance such as P&C, commercial, or life/health
