- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performance sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs to drive growth in both existing and new markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, expand the customer base, and strengthen brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for Foresight Sports' products and services to gain competitive advantage.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key prospects across diverse industries including golf clubs, driving ranges, resorts, fitness centers, and academic institutions.
- Engage in direct sales efforts with new and existing customers, including product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Build strategic partnerships and develop long-term business relationships that contribute to Foresight Sports' growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with distributors, resellers, and key channel partners across multiple regions.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key reseller accounts, ensuring their success in promoting and selling Foresight Sports products.
- Support reseller partners with the tools, training, and resources necessary to drive sales, including product education, co-branded marketing initiatives, and joint sales activities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term collaboration with resellers.
- Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with Foresight Sports' sales objectives and quality standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and work closely with the customer support and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, issues, and after-sales support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective action plans when necessary to meet performance expectations.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior leadership.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts effectively and to maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay current on Foresight Sports' product offerings and innovations in the golf technology space.
- Provide valuable insights to the product development team based on customer feedback and market needs.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the golf industry, sports technology, or related fields.
- Proven track record in leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience in DTC sales, with a strong understanding of Golf Technology.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of CRM software (Salesforce, Netsuite) and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Golf industry knowledge or passion for the sport is a plus.

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to join our team at Foresight Sports. Foresight Sports is a leader in providing advanced golf simulators, launch monitors, and related technologies that improve the game of golf for amateurs and professionals alike. We are dedicated to delivering innovative products and exceptional customer experiences to both commercial and consumer markets.
The Sr. Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional sales strategies for our suite of products. In this role you will lead a team of sales representatives, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with key customers in various sectors including DTC, golf courses, retail, corporate, educational institutions, and commercial centers.
This position reports to the Sales Director and is based out of our San Diego office.
