What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the team in building cohesive, streamlined, and quality solutions
- Capture, evaluate, and groom business requirements to create clear user stories and solution deliverables
- Lead requirement gathering meetings and grooming sessions with product owners and the development team
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to identify dependencies and schedule impacts of deliverables
- Work in an agile environment to design solutions for government clients, collaborating with developers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a related field as a business analyst or any IT-related experience
- 2+ years of experience working on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a team-based delivery environment, preferably in agile scrum teams
- Experience working with Salesforce sandbox and production environments
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders
- Demonstrated adherence to Salesforce.com best practices
