What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide hands-on leadership during the design, implementation, and ongoing deployments of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Collaborate with internal Development and Product Teams to analyze specifications for automated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Design and develop the technical execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys across all supported contact channels
- Produce email marketing performance metrics and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all Marketing Cloud solutions and manage data feed synchronization between platforms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Minimum of 2 years of SQL experience
- Minimum of 2 years of JavaScript experience
- Ability to pass a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Email Studio
- Familiarity with email deliverability and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Knowledge of TCPA regulations related to text message campaigns
- Proven ability to manage data governance best practices
- Background in financial services or banking industry
