      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage ongoing services for one or more customers, ensuring high levels of service delivery
      - Leverage customer relationships and data insights to enhance subscriber satisfaction and retention
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and service stability
      - Drive problem management and incident resolution, ensuring transparency and timely communication with stakeholders
      - Conduct regular service operational reviews and performance reporting against KPIs and SLAs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in Service Management, Customer Success, or related fields
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
      - Experience with Cloud Technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
      - ITIL qualified or in the process of obtaining certification
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with top-tier telecom carriers
      - Familiarity with ServiceNow and working within geographically dispersed teams
      - Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools, such as Terraform and Spinnaker
      - Experience with Kubernetes and large, highly available clustered solutions
      - Exposure to technologies like MariaDB and Cassandra
