What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in personal meetings and telephone contact with agents to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Manage assigned territory by evaluating competitor products, rates, and activities
- Maintain current knowledge of underwriting territory and agents' business
- Create call plans and actionable Agency Sales Plans to ensure sustainable business flow
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to meet financial objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Small Commercial P&C sales and marketing experience
- Proven outstanding sales performance with a strong desire to win
- Experience with agency training
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Underwriting knowledge is beneficial
- Technologically savvy, particularly with Microsoft tools such as SalesForce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate people and work independently
