What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop full-stack software solutions by analyzing business needs and collaborating with stakeholders
- Follow software development best practices and adhere to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating and analyzing problem definitions and proposed solutions
- Conduct technical analysis to improve operations and recommend changes in policies and procedures
- Support customer escalations and resolve production incidents to enhance customer success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills with deep knowledge of Java and its design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Spring and related frameworks
- 1+ years of experience with AngularJS or React
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience designing SDKs, Java libraries, or software application frameworks
- Familiarity with Docker and test-driven development
- Experience working with Windows/Linux installers
