      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, modify, and test embedded software for medical devices in compliance with industry standards
      - Develop and integrate software components for user interfaces, communication protocols, and device control
      - Create software design specifications and documentation, acting as documentation owner for projects
      - Contribute to project planning, management, and monitor progress while identifying potential risks
      - Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficient knowledge and experience in C/C++ programming languages
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software development for medical devices or related areas
      - Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work without close supervision
      - Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
      - Familiarity with medical device software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality management systems (QMS)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software development compliance to regulatory standards such as FDA, ISO 13485, or IEC 62304
      - Strong understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level programming
      - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems using debugging tools
      - Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
      - Advanced degree in engineering or computer sciences
