What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, participating in product and design reviews
- Create and contribute to technical specifications and testing/rollout plans
- Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on problem-solving
- Mentor and sponsor teammates to foster their professional growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience with Python in a production environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills
- Proven ability to write well-structured, well-tested, and maintainable code
