What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners while meeting revenue targets
- Build and execute growth strategies in collaboration with product and cross-functional teams
- Partner with global teams to drive growth priorities and ensure effective adoption of sales strategies
- Analyze market insights to inform product pricing and packaging for go-to-market success
- Lead and inspire a geographically dispersed, cross-functional team towards achieving sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10+ years of experience in industry solution sales, business development, and GTM strategy
- Proven enterprise software sales experience in a large, global, matrixed sales organization
- Strong communication skills with Finance and Procurement executives
- Expertise in sales techniques, customer interaction, and customer relations
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding team quotas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Established relationships at the C-suite level within large enterprise customers
- Global role or international experience
- Demonstrated success in presenting to large audiences, including customer and partner events
- Experience in inspiring global, matrixed teams to follow best practices
