      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate assigned contracts and letters of agreements with non-complex provider community
      - Initiate, negotiate, generate, and track provider Letters of Agreement, contracts, and amendments
      - Assist Manager and/or Director in the negotiation of medical group/IPA and hospital contracting
      - Support network development through researching, recruiting, and negotiating with providers
      - Communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the healthcare field
      - 4-6 years previous experience in contracting with large specialty or multispecialty provider groups
      - 1-3 years of managed care experience
      - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with providers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of integrated delivery systems, hospitals, and groups (specialty and ancillary) contracts
      - Certified Recovery Peer Specialist certification required in the state of Florida
