What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate and manage provider contracts, ensuring compliance with business and system requirements
- Track and report on provider Letters of Agreement, contracts, and amendments
- Assist in the recruitment and negotiation process with medical groups and hospitals
- Communicate contract terms and reimbursement structures to providers clearly and professionally
- Participate in special projects related to contracting as directed by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the healthcare field
- 4-6 years of previous experience in contracting with large specialty or multispecialty provider groups
- 1-3 years of managed care experience
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information effectively
- Ability to travel regularly throughout designated regions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of integrated delivery systems and contracts with hospitals and specialty groups
- Certified Recovery Peer Specialist certification in the state of Florida
