What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Director of Production Support to implement best practices in quality engineering solutions
- Manage production incident backlog and support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Collaborate with business teams to identify areas for improvement and support production changes
- Develop and maintain strong testing processes and ensure adherence to service-level agreements
- Lead or coordinate UAT for projects and provide updates to management on project status

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with 8-10 years of experience in technology and systems analysis
- Proficiency with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) or similar tools
- Knowledge of web application development patterns and database platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres)
- Demonstrated experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum Development, and quality assurance methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related or financial field
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Hubspot
- Experience with application development process automation and data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
