What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Director of Production Support to drive best practices in quality engineering solutions
- Manage the production incident backlog and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- Develop and maintain strong testing processes for software development and production validation
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure adherence to established development processes
- Provide guidance and assistance on software tools for end-users and product owners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as data management, computer science, information systems, or engineering
- 8-10 years of experience within a technology firm utilizing technology and business systems analysis
- Proficiency with Atlassian product suite and software source code tools (TFS, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of web application development patterns and database platforms (SQL Server, Postgres)
- Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field or financial field
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Hubspot
- Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Demonstrated experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum Development, and quality assurance methodologies
