What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead strategic change and communication efforts to facilitate Finance Transformation
- Ensure project change initiatives deliver intended impact by increasing employee adoption and usage
- Conduct impact analyses, host change workshops, and track progress against goals

- Mentor and counsel team members to implement effective change communication and training strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; change management certification (Prosci or CCMP) preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in creating and implementing organizational change strategies
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in corporate or employee communications, focusing on organizational change
- Strong knowledge of organizational change principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
