What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire lifecycle of warehouse projects, from planning to operational handover
- Oversee construction of new fulfillment centers, renovations, and infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor utilization and reduce bottlenecks
- Communicate project progress with all stakeholders using project management tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial & Factory planning
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in supply chain new warehouse construction
- Excellent project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in layout design in manufacturing and warehousing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Ability to perform process capability analysis, time studies, and line balancing
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and analytical tools for design and planning
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and tasks effectively
- Experience in contract management and performance assessment using KPIs
