What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide specialized infusion therapies and professional nursing services to patients and caregivers
- Supervise daily nursing activities and ensure quality patient care, as directed by the Nurse Manager
- Conduct skills return demonstrations and supervisory visits for RN staff
- Monitor the daily nurse scheduler application for compliance with nursing documentation and treatment plans
- Identify operational opportunities for process development and improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active unencumbered RN license in Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in nursing
- At least 5 years of relevant RN experience
- 1+ years of in-hospital care experience (critical care preferred)
- Strong IV insertion skills and solid understanding of the health insurance industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Home infusion or home healthcare experience
- Managed care exposure and understanding of utilization management principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft and Apple technology
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
