What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and document audit road-map and plan to validate system controls and compliance standards
- Research and interpret system logs and records
- Decipher complex workflows and user/system interaction
- Requirements analysis and decomposition with a compliance and system controls perspective
- Systems validation & verification

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Contract Administration with at least 10 or more years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of compliance experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems applications and products in data processing in a Source-to-Pay (Ivalua) or similar systems
- 5+ years of experience with subcontract/procurement compliance with public laws, policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and ITAR and import/export requirements
- SQL experience

- Experience reviewing and advising to process and system improvements in an automated environment
- Experience testing / validating software with the lens of system compliance
- Experience reviewing and advising to software application / system improvements in an automated environment
- Must be able to deploy a systematic approach to work and must have an aptitude for performing work functions in a timely and well-organized manner with limited oversight
- Adapt to constantly changing work assignments, consistently make timely decisions while balancing conflicting goals with decisiveness in an ambiguous environment
