BigBear.ai is seeking a Systems Engineer/Architect to perform typical, day-to-day OBIM build management functions, administer related build/integration tools and processes, and provide other operations & maintenance (O&M) support (as required) to the customer and/or their Stakeholder communities in achieving their critical mission.

• Support CI/CD tools integration, operations, change management, and maintenance
• Support and/or implement automation of Development and Testing
• Support policies, standards, governance, and related guidelines for both operations & maintenance (under GDIT's IDENT O&M contract) and development (performed under separate GDIT contract)
• Enable successful release management by moving code from Development and Testing environments to Staging and Production

• Security Clearance Level: Public Trust (DHS HQ EOD required to start; must be able to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability)
• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, preferably in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field of study
• 8+ years of related experience
• Experience with build automation CM tools – Jenkins and Gitlab preferred; knowledge of implementing CI/CD pipeline;
• Experience in Jira to support DevOps implementation in an Agile environment
• Experience with build-time dependency management (Maven, Ivy), unit testing and code-coverage tools (JUnit),
• Must have knowledge of functional test automation techniques and tools (Selenium, etc.)
• Knowledge of source code control management systems and configuration management (i.e., Git, Subversion, etc.) and code branching/merging strategies

• Experience in Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL and SQL
• Experience in UNIX/LINUX shell scripting
