      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the onsite interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
      - Manage the background check process and generate offers in Workday for new hires
      - Oversee the company's relocation program and maintain vendor relationships
      - Support U.S. immigration programs, including PERM and H-1B processes
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams during mergers and acquisitions for seamless integration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of HR experience, specifically in talent acquisition
      - Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads effectively
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
      - Solid understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing U.S. immigration cases
      - Familiarity with Workday software
      - Previous experience in M&A integration support
