      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
      - Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
      - Identify and attract top talent through creative sourcing techniques and networking
      - Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
      - Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the employer's culture to candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in global sales and marketing within a SaaS environment
      - Proven ability to find and close top talent in competitive markets
      - Strong storytelling skills to engage candidates and hiring managers
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with Jobvite is a plus
      - Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
