What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source top talent by consulting with hiring managers and leading strategic calls to discuss candidate and requisition status
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions and maintain a pipeline of candidates
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Establish collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR partners to influence workforce planning
- Support compliance standards by maintaining accurate documentation on candidates and recruiting activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR information systems
- Strong interpersonal communication and exceptional customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Corporate, sales, and/or higher education recruiting experience
- Multi-state, multi-site recruiting experience
- Familiarity with iCIMS and UKG systems
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
