      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
      - Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates
      - Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR partners to ensure hiring success
      - Implement new recruitment strategies and mentor team members for continuous improvement
      - Support compliance standards by maintaining accurate documentation of recruitment activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
      - Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
      - Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Teams
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing platforms
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Corporate, sales, and/or higher education recruiting experience
      - Multi-state, multi-site recruitment experience
      - Proficiency in HRIS (UKG) and ATS (iCIMS)
      - Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
