What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support for Synapse products, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Document cases and maintain communication with customers throughout the troubleshooting process
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to higher-level engineers when necessary
- Monitor TAC phone system wallboards to ensure proper statuses are maintained
- Adhere to quality and regulatory compliance requirements in all job duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree, Trade School Certification (Industry related), or equivalent industry experience
- One or more industry-specific certifications in relevant technical background (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco)
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, networking, SQL Server, and/or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to make independent decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FUJIFILM Synapse Administration
- Familiarity with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
- Knowledge of medical informatics architecture and Linux Architecture
- Experience using PostgreSQL
- Security Certifications (Security + or higher)
