What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the documentation and verification of business and system requirements to meet company and client needs
- Analyze and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage multiple projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
- Create and interpret API documentation, troubleshoot system issues, and analyze logs for problem resolution
- Mentor junior analysts and support Product Owners in developing comprehensive, actionable requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in travel, tourism, or cruise industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and understanding of SDLC and Object-Oriented Programming
- Skilled in data analysis and business process evaluation, with the ability to translate business requests into technical solutions
- Exposure to software development processes and collaboration with development teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; an advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reservation systems, inventory systems, or API integrations in the travel industry
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with tools such as POSTMAN, Kibana, and Splunk for troubleshooting and log analysis
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Advanced analytical skills with a track record of recognizing patterns in data
