What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex technical workstreams and design solutions to align with customer requirements
- Integrate Workday VNDLY with external applications to support contingent labor programs
- Ensure seamless data synchronization across systems
- Collaborate with cross-discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements
- Implement creative solutions to optimize contingent workforce management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in technical consulting or solution design
- 5+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications
- Workday Integration & Workday Studio Certification
- Proficient skills with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems
- Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to lead integration projects from planning through execution
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience in leading presentations and requirements gathering sessions
