What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build hiring strategies

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and general business roles
- Familiarity with modern data stack including ETL, data warehousing, and data visualization platforms
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically in recruiting for data analytics or data engineering roles
- Familiarity with tools like Stitch, Rivery, Fivetran, Big Query, Redshift, Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
