      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for technical sales and support activities for flow cytometry instrumentation
      - Demonstrate selling success in the field of flow cytometry analyzers and cell sorters
      - Maintain acute awareness of the life science marketplace and its trends
      - Collaborate effectively within a matrix environment to drive business growth
      - Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to specified accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA or BS in Biology, Immunology, or a related field; preferred M.Sc. or PhD
      - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a research laboratory setting
      - Previous lab experience using flow cytometry or sales experience with flow cytometry equipment and/or reagents
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales, particularly in the life sciences sector
      - Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC)
      - Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
      - Proven track record of driving business growth and winning sales
      - Can-do demeanor with a highly motivated approach to competition
