What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitment for engineering positions, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities
- Familiarity with industry-specific certifications and standards relevant to engineering roles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Software Recruiting experience
- Proficiency using Workday Recruit or similar ATS systems
- Experience in recruiting for the Medical Device industry
- Background in the technology industry with understanding of technical roles
- Skilled in leveraging modern sourcing methods, including AI tools and social media platforms
