      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for engineering positions
      - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven recruitment strategies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Exceptional time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of Software Recruiting experience
      - Proficiency using Workday Recruit or similar ATS systems
      - Familiarity with industry-specific certifications and standards relevant to engineering roles
      - Experience in recruiting for the Medical Device industry or familiarity with medical device terminology
      - Background in the technology industry with an understanding of technical roles
