      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and communicate compensation programs aligning with the employer's business strategy
      - Conduct labor market analysis and develop pay structures to attract and retain global talent
      - Administer annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs
      - Design and oversee global benefits programs, ensuring alignment with employee needs and market trends
      - Prepare materials for the executive team on various total rewards topics and lead special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits within a complex, global organization
      - Proven experience with compensation and benefits benchmarking processes and vendors
      - Strong knowledge of international benefits trends and compliance requirements, particularly in the U.S. and Spain
      - Advanced analytical skills with expert-level proficiency in Excel
      - Undergraduate degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
      - Experience managing global benefits plans in technology companies
      - Familiarity with long-term incentive plan design and administration
