- Design and build user interfaces for internal WMS tools used across our supply chain operations.
- Create clean, responsive layouts that perform well on desktops, tablets, and small-screen devices used in warehouse settings.
- Translate business requirements and user workflows into intuitive wireframes and high-fidelity designs.
- Implement frontend features using modern web technologies with a focus on reusability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with backend developers and QA engineers to deliver seamless, performant UI experiences.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system and component libraries.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across a range of internal devices.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
- Extensive portfolio of responsive applications, such as internal tools or enterprise systems.
- Experience designing and building UIs for mobile and tablet form factors.
- An understanding of performance optimization and semantic HTML.
- Experience designing tools for logistics, warehouse operations, or other industrial systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise software development environments and release cycles.
- Background working with backend developers in .NET or similar frameworks.
- Ability to work and maintain sensitive/confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively present and communicate with all levels within the organization, with agencies and vendors.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to avoid delays.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy, is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think independently, take corrective action, and to resolve inquiries decisively with confidence.

We’re looking for a Senior User Interface Designer & Frontend Developer who thrives at the intersection of design and code. You’ll work closely with software and industrial engineers, the WMS team Product Owner, and stakeholders to streamline warehouse operations through clean, efficient, and responsive internal tools.
