What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct user research studies to inform design strategies and applications

- Recruit test participants and manage participant scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 years of experience in user research
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
- Strong grasp of user-centered design and usability testing methodologies
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research impacting product strategy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Coding/Programming Skills such as R
- Knowledge of SQL and data management
- Experience with Mixpanel and Salesforce software
- Previous experience in healthcare industry
