      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the integrity and functionality of HR information systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
      - Troubleshoot issues, manage system upgrades, and create custom reports to support HR staff
      - Serve as a functional expert, resolving system-related queries and providing training to HR staff
      - Ensure data security and compliance with appropriate access controls
      - Collaborate with IT to manage interfaces, upgrades, and system fixes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years as an HRIS Analyst supporting Payroll and Benefits Systems
      - At least 4 years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Workday systems, including implementations
      - 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and auditing HRIS systems for data accuracy
      - 6+ years of experience creating and modifying custom reports using SQL and other tools
      - 8+ years of experience resolving technical user issues with clear and actionable solutions
