What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the integrity and functionality of HR information systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
- Troubleshoot issues, manage system upgrades, and create custom reports to support HR staff
- Serve as a functional expert to resolve system-related queries and train HR staff
- Ensure data security through appropriate access controls and compliance measures
- Collaborate with IT to manage interfaces, upgrades, and system fixes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years as an HRIS Analyst supporting Talent and Learning modules
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Workday systems, including implementations
- 8+ years of troubleshooting and auditing HRIS systems for data accuracy
- 6+ years of experience creating and modifying custom reports using SQL and other tools
- 8+ years of experience resolving technical user issues with actionable solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management and strong communication skills
- Previous exposure to data security measures and compliance in HR environments
- Familiarity with additional HRIS tools beyond Workday
