What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Workday reporting and dashboard solutions
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and build custom reports
- Analyze existing Workday-delivered reports to determine needs for new reporting solutions
- Prepare HR metrics and insights for presentation to senior leadership
- Provide user training and support on Workday reports and analytics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of Workday data structures and reporting hierarchies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Report Writing certifications
- Experience with PowerBI
- Background in HRIS, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Insights functional areas
- Familiarity with security frameworks within Workday
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
