What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and perform billing for specified portions of the company's business, managing approximately 150 customer invoices monthly
- Recognize revenue on billings in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining the general ledger and support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare documents and schedules for external audits
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the department

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Access, and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, particularly Workday
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
