What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the advancement of analytical capabilities across acquisition and retention marketing
- Develop and implement advanced analytics frameworks to assess marketing performance and make budget recommendations
- Drive learning agendas related to channel strategy, collaborating with marketing leadership
- Create central reporting solutions to provide executive-level visibility into marketing performance
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the advancement of capabilities within the Marketing Analytics organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of Marketing Data Analytics experience in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including analytics functions and common table expressions
- 3+ years of experience with scripting languages (Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Proven ability to draw insights from data analysis and communicate effectively with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with media mix modeling (MMM) and channel-level marginal CAC
- Familiarity with statistical models and their implementation in business processes
- Strong intellectual curiosity and understanding of data sources and ecosystems from a brand perspective
