What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Translate business goals into actionable insights through quantitative analyses

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop analytical models
- Mentor other data analysts on best practices and analytical techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics)
- 8+ years of experience in delivering business analytics across the data pipeline
- Strong experience with Snowflake, PySpark, and DBT for building data pipelines
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in specifying cloud architecture using Terraform
- Familiarity with AWS cloud architectures
- Previous healthcare or insurance experience, and/or experience working in a startup
