- Provide leadership to engineering teams and focus on multiple areas
- Own complete solutions across their entire life cycle
- Influence and build vision with product managers, team members, and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency and specialization in at least two modern languages
- Experience building products of micro-services oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
- Knowledge of DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of professional platform development or general development experience
- 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
- 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
- 1+ years of people management experience
