      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all aspects of Program Finance for USAF programs, including financial reporting and analysis
      - Perform cost analysis, reconciliations, and generate monthly earned value metrics
      - Collaborate closely with program managers and finance team members to forecast and analyze financial data
      - Develop and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders for sound financial decision-making
      - Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong knowledge and implementation experience of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
      - Proficient in Excel and experience with Cobra or other Cost/Schedule Management tools
      - Experience with Hyperion Tool and FP&A processes
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Ability to maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in financial analysis and performance management budgeting
      - Familiarity with data analytics, visualization, and trend analysis for financial strategy
      - Prior experience in proposal development and negotiations
      - Knowledge of government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting
      - Understanding of FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP compliance requirements
