We are primarily based on the Conquest site with some additional facility at Eastbourne District General Hospital. We are a dynamic team focussed on offering a private experience to our patients.       We have an opportunity for a registered nurse to join our small, friendly team providing patient centred care within our developing pre-assessment service. We offer clinics within a 6 day flexible service at our 2 sites.

      This is a part time post.

      Main duties of the job

      Assess patients' health and well being in preparation for elective procedures as both inpatient and day case surgeries.

      Assist in the delivery of are to meet individuals' health and well being needs.

      Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.

      Work collaboratively with all members of the Sussex Premier Health team including Consultant Surgeons and Anaesthetists and members of the wider Trust.

      Develop own knowledge and skills.

      Promote best practice in health and safety and security.

      Contribute to quality.

      Promote people's equality, diversity and rights.
