What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Address medication-related questions, issues, prior authorizations, and refill approvals
- Conduct thorough clinical reviews of patient medication profiles to identify drug sensitivities and interactions
- Collaborate with health system physicians to authorize prescription refills based on clinical guidelines
- Document encounters within electronic medical records and notify patients of completed prescription refills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience (Required)
- Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days (Required)
- Proficiency in order processing and clinical judgment
- Strong teamwork skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (Preferred)
