What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 7+ years of progressive, full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years in Go-To-Market recruiting
- Proficiency in Greenhouse.io, Gem, and AI tools like ChatGPT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven recruitment metrics
