What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a communications liaison for the division, developing policies and responding to inquiries
- Plan and create data-intensive presentations and conduct management seminars and trainings
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production data and service channels
- Collaborate on divisional modernization projects, enhancing operational consistency
- Formulate procedures and policies to meet the needs of the Operations Division
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Eligibility for appointment and authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background investigation prior to hire
- Minimum educational qualifications as specified in the Class Specification
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data gathering and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing visualizations or reporting of data
- Knowledge of state governmental processes and public service operations
- Strong initiative and judgment in professional conduct and task execution
- Familiarity with telework tools and methodologies
